3. Not a Tax-Exempt Charitable Organization
SBCoFFA is organized as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions or donations made to SBCoFFA are NOT deductible as charitable contributions for federal or California state income tax purposes. This includes all PayPal donations made through this website. If you have questions about the tax treatment of your contribution, please consult a qualified tax professional.

Donations are voluntary and support the operation of our organization. Because donated funds may be used immediately to support our mission, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Labor Union
SBCoFFA is not a labor union or professional labor organization. It does not represent any employee group in collective bargaining, does not participate in any political process, and does not represent individual employees in employment matters. Membership is open to all San Bernardino County Fire Department employees, from fire chief to ambulance operator.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate and current.
